We are a preferred property management firm to designers, fit-up specialists, general contractors, HVAC service providers, engineering firms, accounting services, plumbers, landscaping, and window cleaners.

Val Roca Management is the only fully bilingual financial and property management firm in Ottawa. We are able to offer financial and property management services in both French and English.
