After 25 years as a partner with major accounting firms, Simon Proulx, CA observed a gap in the property management industry in Ottawa. He realized that many property management firms did not offer professional financial & accounting services to their clients.

In 1993, as a result of that need, Val Roca Management was formed by Simon Proulx (President & CEO). Val Roca Management specializes in professional financial & property management services to residential and commercial clients in the National Capital Region.

Since the beginning, Val Roca Management has prided itself on its solid reputation as a skilled real estate and condominium manager. Based on a vast experience in all areas of management, including administration, finance and maintenance, Val Roca Management has achieved slow and steady growth. We are an ideal business partner to ensure worry-free management to all clients, tenants, and residents.

Currently, Val Roca Management offers professional financial and property management services to over 20 commercial and residential clients. Our client base ranges from luxury condominiums to strip malls to professional centres.
